• What do you print your collage sheets on?
• When requested we can print your collage sheets using a state of the art laser printer. We print on 28lb Matte. All paper collage sheets work the best on laser printed paper and do not fall apart after layers of wet mediums. Collage sheets purchased onsale but requested in paper format will be charged actual cost not sale price.


• What is your Angel Policy?
• Paper Imagery Designs may be used in your art for resale. We want you to make ART using our images and sell your art! Images may not be used for the creation of art that will be incorporated in collage sheets or collage discs to be sold, given away or used by other artists in their work.


• What is your shipping policy?
• We ship via USPS when collage sheets are requested to be mailed other than digital. Shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout along with a $10 handling fee. Most US orders are $5.60 (01/14 increase) Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation. If your order does not fit in our priority mail package then you will be charged a higher rate. All orders shipped to Canada and Mexico and International are actual cost.

• May I photocopy your collage sheets?
• No! All collage sheets come with a (c) policy on them and cannot be photocopied or manipulated in anyway!

• What is your return policy?
• We have limited rules, but one of them does include returns. We do not issue refunds for digital items. You must obtain permission for all returns by email (please explain the reason for the return). You can contact us via email. We honor returns within 5 days from the purchase date only. No exceptions to this rule. All returns will be given store credit, no refunds. Unfortunately you will not be credited for shipping. We absolutely do not credit/refund for used orders, unless there is a problem with the manufacturing of the product; nor will we ever refund for speciality items *noncollage sheets*. We do not refund Gift Certificates. We are not responsible for damage done by the USPS.
   

• How do I pay for my order?
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Pay Pal, and Discover
   

• Is your site secure?
• Credit Card Security: Shopping at our site is secure and safe because all personal and credit card information is encrypted and protected using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). When you press the Check Out button at the point of purchase, your credit card information is transferred in encrypted form. To check that your transaction is secure, look for the unbroken key or closed padlock icon in the lower corner of your browser screen during the checkout process. 
  
  How do we ensure security? We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your name, address, and credit card number, so that your personal data cannot be accessed while traveling over the Internet. SSL works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (version 2.0 and newer), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and newer), and America Online (version 3.0 and newer). 
   

• May I submit my art for publication?
• Yes! You will receive 10% off your next purchase if your submission meets the following guidelines: PID is clearly visible as a source in the magazine. You must email us scans of the published artwork, All magazines are eligible for this discount. You may receive one discount per magazine/per issue.

• Do you sell wholesale?
• Yes! We only sell wholesale to Brick and Mortar at the moment! Please email us for more information.

Using our collage sheets...
Collage Sheets and Image Collections purchased from Paper Imagery Designs may be used for any purpose, be it personal or as a component used to create an object offered for sale, at craft fairs, online craft sites (Etsy, Artfire, etc.) your own web store, with just one non-negotiable exception. You may not use our collage sheets in whole or in part to create your own resalable collage sheets, digital stamps, iron on transfers, image collections or individual images in printed or digital form.
